“Love your ________ as yourself.” Welcome to our “Neighbors” sermon series, where we consider what it means to demonstrate love in a world where people all too easily find themselves isolated, alone, or at odds with others. We start by asking the question, “What is love?” Jesus doesn’t just define what love is, He demonstrates the most remarkable kind of love and then lavishes that love upon a world that longs for love and significance. What circumstances make it difficult for you to love like Jesus did? What makes it so easy to say, “God is love,” and so challenging to convey that love in ways that are significant and life changing? In short, how will love make a lasting difference?
