Message: “Our Feet, His Path” from Rev. David Ludwig

Happy Anniversary Prince of Peace! September is Prince of Peace’s anniversary month, and we are celebrating 60 years of God’s grace in 2017. We thank our Lord for the Gospel presence we have in this neighborhood at the intersection of Curry Ford Road and Semoran Boulevard. We believe that God has planted us here for a reason, to be “the heart, hands, and feet of Jesus—in the heart of Orlando.” What will they say or think about us when we are long gone? What will they remember and what will be our legacy? As followers of Jesus, with our feet on His path, our prayer is not so much that they will remember “us” as it is that others will see how Jesus was reflected in all we say and do. Then, future generations will point to Jesus and pass along stories of how Jesus was at work through His people from one generation to the next. How closely are you following Jesus’ path? And how are we doing at reflecting Jesus as we walk with Him? Oh, how beautiful the feet of those who bring God’s good news!
