Message: “Faithful to God” from Rev. Ken Green

Jesus’ story about the master who gave his servants bags of gold (traditionally: “talents”) gives us pause to reflect on being faithful to God with what He has entrusted to us. The master had shared his wealth so that each servant could put that to work. Through this parable we are reminded that everything we have has been provided by our Heavenly “Master,” and we are reminded of how our Lord desires every resource be used ultimately for His purposes. Ready or not, here is the question: What are you doing with the resources God has provided? And, how does that question connect with the riches of God’s love that He has freely shown us in Christ Jesus?
