Gratitude and generosity are in many ways two sides of one coin. Gratitude overflows in our hearts as we see all that Jesus has done for us. We are forgiven and blessed because His undeserved love is without measure. And hearts that are filled with gratitude respond with generosity. The Lord, who has met our every need and blesses us so richly, enables us to be generous on every occasion so that the result will be thanksgiving to God (2 Corinthians 9:11). For what are you most thankful to God? How does responding to the Lord’s amazing grace stir your heart to action, rising up in generous living?
