Ch. 23 - What/Who

The sin-infected DNA of our human nature perceives that achieving a positive relationship with God is always about “what.” What am I supposed to do? What am I not supposed to do? What works can’t I say anymore? What will God think of me? What will people think of me? What…what...what??? God’s acceptance and love is not based on what we don’t do because it is against His rules and what we do to make God happy. The solution to our human problem in the 21st century is the same as it was in the 1st century—not a “WHAT” but a “WHO.” Before we begin thinking about the “what,” we need to think about the “who.” It’s all about Jesus!
