Prince of Peace's Music Ministry enables the glorification of our faith through music. The many diverse talents and skills within the congregation are cultivated, encouraged, directed and motivated to enhance the worship experience.

We provide music opportunities for all ages and talents, from the youngest preschooler to the adult skilled musicians.

• Traditional liturgical worship service music is provided by the Parish Choir, the sanctuary pipe organ, piano, handbells, and by other musicians and vocal groups on special occasions.
• Contemporary worship service music is provided in the form of contemporary Christian genre, emphasizing Praise and Lutheran theology. Instrumentation includes piano, synthesizer, percussion, lead and bass guitars, accompanying the New Song group of lead and backup vocalists.
• Special musical events are scheduled to bring outside talent to glorify and enhance worship. These include visiting youth choirs and traveling Christian musicians who are reaching out to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Music Director selects all scheduled music to reinforce the Church calendar and the selected scripture and pastoral message, and he works closely with the Sunday School and Preschool staffs to produce special programs for holidays and other special events.
